Tyler Marchlik was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and has lived in Reading ever since. He is currently a senior at Reading Memorial High School, set to graduate in the spring of 2026. Tyler plans to pursue a career in finance or data analytics, driven by a strong interest in numbers, strategy, and problem-solving.
Tyler Joined the RMHS Investing Club in 2023 with the goal of promoting financial literacy and sharing investment knowledge among students. Through his work, Tyler creates and presents financial literacy content that helps teens to become more financially literate.
At RMHS Tyler is also a leader in other communities. He is the President of Athletic Impact Mission (A.I.M), which is a community devoted to providing young athletes with the tools they need to be successful in sports. During his time with AIM, Tyler has led and organized donation drives to distribute over 2000 units of sports equipment to young athletes. In addition, Tyler serves as the Co-President of Wings Initiative, a clothing donation club where he helps lead in organizing donation drives across the Reading community. To date, the club has collected and donated over 7,000 items to support those in need.
Beyond this work, Tyler is also an athlete for RMHS. He plays for Reading Memorial High School’s varsity football team, and throws Javelin for the varsity track team.
In his spare time, Tyler volunteers at My Brother’s Table, a soup kitchen in Lynn Massachusetts that provides food to people with food insecurity.
